Training is a necessary ingredient to reinforce safe behavior in
the workplace, improve productivity, and address evolving skill-mix
challenges. Since each organization's experience, priorities, challenges,
and opportunities are unique, Link's strategy for the development
and delivery of training is tailored to meet the specific needs
and corporate objectives of each client.
A key advantage of Link's training services is the transfer of
knowledge base to client organizations and personnel. This is done
via using state-of-the-art media, including the web, CD-Rom, and
instructor-based classroom methods that encourage active participation
of audiences through group exercises, case studies, and classroom
demonstrations. Link is qualified to provide training on a broad
range of technical and programmatic topics.
