Decommissioning Project Services
Link has provided project management and safety support related to the deactivation and decommissioning of several major defense production facilities. Link staff has also provided extensive support to preparation of decommissioning policies and directives within the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Department of Energy. Sample services provided by Link include project planning, integrated safety management, baseline management, hazard analysis, safety analysis, health and safety plan preparation and review, nuclear authorization basis preparation and review, establishment/ modification of technical safety requirements, and worker safety training.

Nuclear Safety
Link's nuclear safety experience is unparalleled in other small businesses. Link's staff has contributed to the development of many NRC commercial nuclear power regulations and DOE nuclear safety rules, orders and standards. Link staff have also led or participated in operational readiness reviews and assessments, as well as numerous technical reviews of safety analysis reports, unrelieved safety questions, technical safety requirements, and bases for interim operations.
